1. More Access and Editing Rights. We will  be adding each of you to a new "role" on the server that will give you increased rights, access and capabilities.  You should receive an email from the server informing you that this role has been added to your account.
2. Training Sessions.  We are going to start an informal series of training sessions available to all beta testers via Webcasts and conference calls.  To avoid imposing on your time too much, we will do our best to record each of these sessions (via screen captures and audio / video recording where practical) and to make them available to you on the website.
   1. First Session -- Saturday December 13, 2008 at 5pm Eastern.  Details will be sent out by email.
   2. Future Sessions -- I'll ask for suggestions during the first session, and I'll create a thread on the forum so you can suggest the times most convenient for you.
3. Beta Test Group Meeting.  The first online Beta Test Group meeting will be on Monday December 15, 2008.  We'll do our best to make these sessions short and to the point.  Details will be sent out by email.
